Evolución A.C. cocktail benefit, art sale

In addition to Evolución AC’s online Art Auction, a cocktail event has been organized for animal and art lovers at 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 31.
Alberto Pinzón will feature 15-20 of his paintings in the elegant Hotel Misión Merida on Calle 59 in La Mejorada, Centro. All of Alberto’s pieces are for sale and he will generously donate a portion of the proceeds to Evolución A.C., the animal shelter. Pianist and composer José Flores will perform.
Tickets are 200 pesos each, or 150 pesos for anyone who has adopted an animal from Evolución. A welcome cocktail included.
Proceeds go directly to the care of the shelter’s rescues, over 200 dogs and over 45 cats.
