The Jan. 18 Cuarteto’s North American Composers tribute is sold out, so once again, the popular chamber music groups is adding an additional performance, and van transportation is also available. This Jan. 17 concert will be open seating; first come, first served. Tickets will only be available at the door, from 7 p.m. on the night of the concert. The ticket price will be the same, 350 pesos, cash only.
The Cuarteto (formerly the International String Quartet of Yucatan) has reserved two 12-seater vans for both the Wednesday and Thursday concerts, to travel from the Parque Santa Lucia parking lot to the Hacienda and back, for 50 pesos per person.
The first van will leave Santa Lucia at 5.30 p.m., arriving at Hacienda Santa Cruz in time to buy your ticket, find a seat, and have dinner or a cocktail. This first van will return to Parque Santa Lucia immediately after the concert at 9:15 p.m. The second van will leave Santa Lucia at 7 p.m., arriving at Santa Cruz with just enough time to buy your ticket, chose your seat, and enjoy a drink, and return at 10.30 p.m., with time to enjoy dinner after the concert. Please be at the parking lot 15 minutes before your scheduled leaving time. The vans will be available for both performances, Wednesday and Thursday, with the same schedule.
