Mayan Modernist Dream
The Mayan Modernist Dream brings crisp lines to the Centro Historico.

If you missed out on the Modern Mayan Temple or the Modernist Mexican Villa, this latest project from the same design team takes the best of those two concepts to the next level creating one fantastic dwelling.

The Mayan Modernist Dream
A neutral palette is playfully interrupted with pops of bright color in the Mayan Modernist Dream kitchen.

Combining the incredible monolith forms of textile block structures with the sweeping pavilions and open floor plans of true mid-century architecture, this home embodies real indoor/outdoor living in over 3,000 square feet of space while maintaining the utmost comfort of its inhabitants, having been designed to utilize air flow and shade.

The carefully chosen exterior and interior finishes (white concrete textile block, hand-troweled terrazzo floors, pasta tile, mamposteria and stucco rustico) result in a home that is not only architecturally striking but virtually maintenance free. Three bedrooms and three baths provide ample space.

Offered at $389,000 US
