Casa Katab Che is a masterpiece of architecture and it checks all the boxes.

Casa Katab Che is nicely located on a very pretty street in the Santiago neighborhood. Most homes on the street and adjacent streets have been beautifully remodeled. It’s walking distance to restaurants, galleries, the Main Plaza, shops, etc. You can’t go wrong with the location.

The design of this home was carefully thought through. It features an incredible breeze due to its massive and strategically located sliding doors, which also bring nice natural light and stunning view to the pool and gardens. It also features two private entrances and two access ways to the upstairs, which is a great plus if you want to rent bedrooms privately.

Casa Katab Che comes with living room, dining room, beautiful large kitchen with purified water which also works for the ice maker, three ensuite bedrooms, one half bathroom, one office, a second living room/den, massive backyard, beautiful stunning pool, outdoor grill kitchen, a lot of outdoor sitting space, a large workshop and a very handy garage.

This beautiful home, which carefully designed and built by multi-awarded architectural firm Taller Estilo Arquitectura, is offered at US$455,000. Furniture is negotiable.
