Merida English Library

The Merida English Library is a nonprofit English-language lending library, with more than 12,000 books and DVDs.

MEL is open to the public through a nominal membership fee.

MEL is based on the classic local public library model, which for many in the United States and Canada is a hub of community activities, networking and information.

The library is open to locals, tourists, and visitors alike. All members can gather to find answers to research questions, tap into wifi, or just relax with friends in the garden.
