The Felipe Carrillo Theater is part of the University Cultural Center of the Autonomous University of Yucatan. Located at the side of the building that houses the university headquarters, this theater allows students to get a little closer to the arts and show their talent.
It has its own theater group, which presents a variety of works throughout the year, and offers piano concerts, recitals and university events.
This place owes its name to the founder of UADY, Gov. Felipe Carrillo Puerto.
NOTE: Events are occasionally postponed or canceled, or a listing could contain an error, so confirm any activity with the organizer when possible.
