Video: Exploring the Maya world in Teobert Maler’s footsteps
In this episode of Uncovered, we speak with William Frej to discuss the 45-year-long project “Maya Ruins Revisited”. This gorgeous book documents William Frej’s search for remote Maya sites, primarily in Guatemala and Mexico, inspired in large part by the work of German-Austrian explorer Teobert Maler 100 years before him.
