Four chefs are helping Casona Los Cedros celebrate three years in Colonial Espita.

Chefs Yesenia Marin, Diego Baquedano, José Vidal, and Jorge Ildefonso are combining efforts to serve a six-course pairing dinner on Saturday, followed by a Sunday brunch the morning after.

The resort, a restored mansion that became a cantina, and then left empty for 20 years,, has awakened lovely Espita, which is less than an hour north of Valladolid.
