Marcelo Lopez, whose Marcelo Chic fashion brand dresses up small dogs in high fashion, will host a Doggie Fashion Parade 2:30 pm. Sunday, Feb. 27 at the Expo Mascota 2022. Twenty of his best couture pieces will be featured.
